We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a Senior Financial Analyst analyze financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, forecast trends and perform financial analysis to interpret business performance to facilitate decision making by various executives.


Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, Land Games, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business models and spreadsheets that capture and leverage financial data for analysis and interpretation, in addition to the following :

To analyse

  • Perform detailed financial and operational analysis and reports on historical and forecasted trends to interpret financial results and derive insights
  • Create ad-hoc analyzes and reports to provide recommendations to improve performance and derive insights
  • Assist with financial analysis and support annual reporting, management discussion and analysis, and note disclosure for external financial statements
  • Analyze current processes and develop improvements to create efficiencies


  • Execute OLG’s forecasting processes on a quarterly and annual basis, and streamline processes as needed to gain efficiencies and provide insight into trends and divisional progress toward strategic goals
  • Assist in the development of financial aspects in all economic cycles


  • Assemble, analyze and communicate financial results to the financial department


Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and financial analysis

Education: University degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline, a Chartered Professional Accountant designation or in the process of obtaining one at a higher level is an asset

We are also looking for someone with: strong attention to detail as analytics is used in decision making by business leaders, superior problem solving and critical thinking skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills , advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, Excel being a primary focus. , proficiency in financial/accounting software, ability to locate and collect data from appropriate sources for analysis
