UBS said to have attracted a team of financial advisers from BNY Mellon Wealth Management in San Francisco.

Lauren Kinch and Andrew Baumgartner join UBS and partner with UBS advisors Chris Clifford and kate kennedy form Labyrinth Heritage Advisorsaccording to UBS.

The 12-person team, which includes attorneys, certified public accountants and a certified financial planner, caters to ultra-high net worth clients in Silicon Valley and the wider Bay Area, according to UBS. They offer advice on investment management, tax optimization, estate planning, inheritance and family inheritance, according to the firm.

“Lauren and Andrew are valuable additions to our team as we continue to focus on founders, early employees and Bay Area executives,” Todd Locicerohead of the west coast market at UBS Private Wealth Management, said in the announcement.
