Focus Financial Partners declares to have concluded an agreement for Holloway Wealth Management join your partner firm ARS Group Wealth Advisors.
Founded in 2005, Holloway provides wealth management and investment services to affluent professionals, business owners, retirees and their families primarily in the Gainesville, Florida area, according to Focus. The firm also offers financial planning and portfolio management services to physicians and professors associated with the University of Floridasaid Focus.

The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022, according to Focus.
