Raymond James Financial said to have attracted an experienced financial adviser from RBC Capital Markets.
Matt Vanden Heuvel joined Raymond James & Associates, the company’s employee counseling channel, in Appleton, Wisconsin, according to the company. He is accompanied by a senior investment portfolio analyst Jenna Mielke and Senior Customer Service Associate Cindy O’Briensaid Raymond James.
The team, which serves private clients, private businesses and corporate pension plans, managed $460 million at RBC, according to Raymond James. The group joins the company as Vanden Heuvel Wealth Management by Raymond James.
Vanden Heuvel began his career in the financial services industry 29 years ago at Kemper Titleswhich later became Everen Titles, according to Raymond James. He then moved to Dain Bosworth and stayed with the company for more than 25 years through its acquisition by RBC, says Raymond James.
RBC acquired Dain Bosworth in 2000, according to RBC.
