McAfee has launched a call for applications for the position of Remote Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the operational and business processes of the execution of the company’s market development funds are accomplished in a timely manner.
- manage MDF-specific projects that support global operations, efficiency strategies, and efforts
- Handle all MDF claims after due diligence
- Resolve claim issues directly with business and financial partners
- Provide robust reporting to users, approvers, and MDF management to enable better decision-making on MDF investments
- Create spend report and analysis, recommend program changes, tools and support programs to enable Channel Market Managers to gain insights to improve MDF spend efficiency
- work with accounting and auditors as required.
- support the entire finance organization with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in a business, marketing or supply chain operations discipline or relevant work experience
- 3+ years of work experience or equivalent within business operations and/or sales organizations.
- Requires excellent attention to detail and strong influencing skills.
- You will need to be comfortable assimilating new concepts quickly with excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a diverse environment that spans all time zones and willingness to travel as/when required.
- MS Office tools, especially Excel and Access
- strong communication and networking skills
- keenly interested in analyzing and improving efficiency
- Adapt positively to project changes and multitasking
- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and self-directed individual with strong decision-making and time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
